Introduction
This Intermediate level is intended help users familiar with Outlook move beyond basic use and become more comfortable with e-mail tools. This manual will also provide an overview of different types of e-mail accounts. This course will cover organizing your e-mail, using rules, setting up categories, using Microsoft Word features to create e-mail messages, setting up RSS feeds, and Microsoft Exchange Server features. Users will also learn about the various types of connectivity services supported by Outlook 2010, including POP3, HTTP, SMS, and IMAP accounts. By the end of this course, users should be well versed in all of Outlook's more complex features.
