The MEd in Adult Guidance & Counselling MHA51 is designed to meet the learning needs of

  • Policy makers
  • Managers of change in organisations and systems
  • Facilitators of new approaches to research and development
  • Managers of service delivery in changing contexts

This programme is particularly suited to those who are seeking theoretical frameworks from which to explore and question the assumptions that underpin

their work practices and critical reflection.

Entry Requirements

  • Primary Degree; Higher Diploma in Arts (Adult Guidance and Counselling) or equivalent; 3 years experience in the field.
  • There will also be an informal interview as part of the recruitment process.
  • Minimum English language requirements:
  • IELTS: 6.5 minimum overall score
  • TOEFL (Paper based test): 585
  • TOEFL (Internet based test): 95
  • PTE (Pearson): 62
