Course overview
This course is designed to respond to and support leadership and management development within the education sector. The growing demand for ever improving economies of scale with expectations for new and innovative service delivery methods are now seen as essential disciplines for today and tomorrow's public sector leaders and managers. The modules have been selected to be relevant for UK and international practitioners by focusing on the development of leadership and management rather than curriculum and learning and teaching methods. They are designed to be undertaken not only by leaders and managers with a teaching background but also by other members of leadership teams with responsibility for business management, pastoral care management and other associated management roles that form part of the management teams within an education institution.
