Course Overview
Our approach to online course delivery combines practical, work-based problem solving which is designed around theoretical concepts, emphasising team learning. Our online environment is:
- an asynchronous networked method ( educational speak not being required to online at the same time with the rest of the class), based on the creation of learning dialogues and the operation of collaborative, interactive learning teams,
- designed to facilitate you learning rather than instruct you, engage you in discussions and empower you to fully participate in learning conversations, and
- provides you with a multi-path learning experience in which several dialogues take place concurrently and you are expected to participate in them all.
Every course is constructed in a scheduled modular format and you complete each module before progressing to the next. In all courses, you will be expected to apply theory and concepts to your own work environment, thus working on your own, real life case studies based on your organisational work situations.
