This workshop, specially developed for doctors, covers the key criteria for effective communication, including focussing on your audience, creating understanding, checking reaction and communicating effectively within a multi-cultural environment. It also explores effective questioning techniques, body language and listening. You will have the opportunity to learn about emotional intelligence, and managing conflict and challenging situations.
