The High Definition camera is more than ever a viable creative tool and it is now a proven technology, an artistic choice as well as an economic reality.
The main objective of this intensive masterclass is to teach participants how to use an HD signal in relation with lighting, lenses, set, make-up, etc. with an emphasis on mastering image control through manipulation of the camera menus. Over the course of two shooting days, participants will learn a vast array of techniques, all of which are currently indispensable for any cameraperson working in HD. This will be followed by a screening of the material and analysis by the trainer.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Learn about the technical initiation to HD Format
- Understand how to take control of the image and creating different looks through menu manipulation
- Experience an indoor shooting with emphasis in lighting on a dressed studio set with professional actors and a make-up artist as well as an external shooting
