Course details
In this course you will explore how to solve a system of equations by substitution. Substitution allows us to eliminate a variable when given two or more so that we can solve the system one variable at a time. We will work through this process by first exploring essential questions and essential definitions and processes used. Then you will have the opportunity to try problems on your own using the provided problems given in the course. If you have get stuck or want to check your answer each problem is accompanied with a step by step tutorial video. After you have completed the problems you can challenge yourself with the challenge questions and answer the essential questions to round out your understanding.
This course is designed to take a couple of days but can be used over a period of a couple of weeks.
