Course details

Not all quadratics have to be solved by factoring or the quadratic formula. When we have a quadratic in the form of ax^2+c we can apply the square root method. Basically the square root method is using inverse operations where we use the square root to undo the squaring operation on our variable.

This course will start off with essential definitions and processes that you will need to understand how to solve a quadratic using the square root method. You will then be given multiple problems to try on your own and if you get stuck or need to check your answer there is a step by step video tutorial showing you how to solve the problem.

To finish off the course you will have a summary of tips and tricks as well as common mistakes to avoid, a set of challenge problems to test your skills as well as some essential questions to round off your understanding of the course.
