Financial Management:

You'll develop the skills to access and process the data which underpins decision-making, strategy, and business proposals, whilst considering the role of management accounting in growing a business. You will evaluate how budgeting and absorption costing impact budget and pricing decisions, and learn recovery tactics for when things go wrong.

Reporting Corporate Performance:

You'll examine and evaluate finance sources, learn to access capital markets, and reduce costs by structuring effectively. Explore the many disciplines imposed on companies by financial markets, and discover the importance of analysing financial information in the merger and acquisition process.

Implementing Strategy:
