Master of Arts - Instructional Design and Technology

Course details

The programme aims to provide education and training to professionals with instructional design processes, and to broaden the knowledge base and skills of professionals who are applying, managing and developing information technologies in school and in corporate environments.

There are two options within this programme. You are required to either:

Complete 8 courses plus a dissertation (Dissertation option), or
Complete 10 courses (Coursework only option)
Those selecting the coursework-only option will take a special course titled MID845 Capstone Project for Instructional Design as one of the 10 courses, designed to act as a capstone experience for the programme.

You do not have to make the decision when you apply. The decision on what option to select is usually made upon completion of six courses.
