Teresa is an independent learning and development consultant. Specialist areas included trainer training, learning needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation skills as well as learning and development strategy and knowledge management. Teresa works with a wide range of learners from introductory level to level 7. Areas of particular interest include research and publication work, development of tailored in-house materials, assessment / moderation work and preparing learning schemes for validation by awarding bodies.
