    This course aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills in managing your organisation’s service brand. It involves defining the service brand, implementing the adherence to the service brand guidelines, and monitoring the impact of the service brand guidelines to enhance performance. 

    Target Audience:

    This course is for managers and service leaders from various service industry sectors. 

    What You Will Learn:

    • Implement service brand guidelines in accordance with the organisation’s vision, mission and values
    • Analyse impact of service brand guidelines to ensure alignment with the organisaton’s service standards
    • Implement corrective actions to enhance the performance of service brand guidelines

    Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions 

    Requirements: 

    • Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 5 / O / A-Level English OR
    • 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial role (preferably in the service sector)
