Course details
This course aims to impart you with the knowledge and skills to establish and maintain relationships with service partners. It involves understanding the roles and functions of your service partners, assessing the effectiveness of the partnerships, and methods to strengthen relationships with your service partners.
Target Audience:
This course is for managers and service leaders from various service industry sectors.
What You Will Learn:
- Establish & maintain relationships with service partners to enhance service excellence
- Assess performance of service partnerships to identify areas of improvement
- Implement continual improvements to strengthen relationships with service partners
Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 5 / O / A-Level English OR
- 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial role (preferably in the service sector)
