Course Aim:

This course is designed to:-

  • Guide staff in the development of your companies contact database in relation to generating sales leads and communicating with potential customers
  • Enable the company to put a plan in place that will assist their sales team to both rekindle and develop customer relationships.

Who Should Attend?

  • Those who have a database of customers in place but whose activity levels are not what they should to be.

Course Objectives:

At the end of this course staff will be able to;

  • Create new leads from inactive clients in your company’s database.
  • Develop the confidence to chase the leads and develop new relationships
  • Maintain these newly reformed relationships to the point of gaining the customers trust
  • Generate sales leads, and close the sale with the correct communication techniques

Course Programme:

  • Filter through your company’s database to find customers that have not availed of your services recently
  • Develop and reconnect relationships with customers
  • Be able to identify the people and companies where potential sales leads would be
  • Look at the communication skills and techniques that you use, is there room for development?
  • Ensure that staff know the value of following up on things, when they have said they would.
  • Show the customer that they are important to the company and exceed their expectations.
  • Have confidence in yourself to deliver a service, and it will give a lasting impression.
  • Holding the customers trust - ensure that you remain in contact with the customers that you have rekindled relationships with.

Training Methods:

  • Classroom based power-point presentation & interactive discussion
  • There will also be course hand-outs, group exercises & role-playing.
