Syllabus
The Certificate in Project Management programme focuses on 4 informative and industry-relevant sub-topics which are approached in a research-led format:
- Fundamentals of projects
- The process and planning of a project
- Project management tools and scheduling
- Reporting on project progress and evaluation
You will undertake two assessments during this certificate programme; a 1500 word written report during your 6th week of study, followed by a 1.5 hour exam in your final week. Both assessments need to be completed to satisfactory approval before you can receive your certificate from London School of Business and Finance.
