This course contains one module - Diet & Nutrition for Complementary Therapists with the following learning outcomes:- Digestive system Diet & Water Carbohydrates Fats/Lipids Cholesteral Proteins Fibre Vitamins & Minerals Nutritional values Processing & Refined/Unrefined Foods Anti-nutrients & pollutants Intolerances Obesity & Eating Disorders Hypoglcaemia & Diatetes Eating Guidelines Nutritional Imbalance Case Studies.
