This course aims to introduce all laws relevant to different types of companies and help non-legal bankers to decide on credit facilities’ requests on a sound legal basis, in addition to avoid future problems resulting from the lack of understanding any legal aspects.

• Termination by agreement
• Termination for legal reasons
• Company termination according to a court ruling
