In this Project course you will learn about working with MS Project with the help of an example. First we will introduce you to the user interface and the example project. Then you will learn how to create tasks, outlines and links. We will also show you how to work with milestones, recurring tasks and the calendar. Finally you will learn all about resources, clearing resource conflicts and calculating work, duration and units.
