This course is the foundation stone of statistics, as its understanding will be helpful throughout the statistical analysis. We will learn different statistical parameters like central tendency, the measure of deviation, variance, standard deviation, moment, skewness and kurtosis, are usetodescribea statistical variable completely and also the understanding of different frequency distribution curves, their skewness and kurtosis with easy to understand explanations and examples.We will alsolearn how to study inequalities in the distributiongraphically and how to measure them through Lorenz curve and Ginni's index
