We live in a world that wants use to keep gaining weight. We need to fight back! We need to understand that weight loss is complex and is more complicated than eating less and moving more. Research has clearly shown us what does not work for weight loss. So then what does? It's clear. The obesity epidemic is environmental and its time we are realistic with individuals that lifestyle interventions that emphasize on the "eating less" idealogy will only predispose individuals to weight regain. Do you want to stop yo-yo dieting? We know we can lose weight, but what prevents us from regaining it? This course will not only teach why its hard to keep weight off, it also won't leave you there. It will teach you how to overcome our own resistance to weight loss and keep it off for good. You will learn:

1. What is the metabolism's responsibility in weight regain. This matters and if we don't understand it we will continually be on the weight loss regain cycle.

2. A system that will allow you to be flexible enough to manage the environments we live in and never have to count calories.

3. How to change the environment that you live that pushes you towards weight loss vs. weight gain.

4. How to change your behaviours and support the change through your environment so that is becomes a habit.

5. Learn why willpower and motivation will never help you reach your goal.
