Strategic management makes an effective use of mixing the concepts of strategy and management to achieve business goals. Strategies refer to the initiatives a company would take in order to maximize its resources and grow its business. Management, on the other hand, refers to the process of operating the business on a day-to-day basis and planning for future success.
