    Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course:

    The program’s content is structured around DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology:

    1. Introduction to Lean Six Sigma and Quality:

      • Understand Six Sigma methodology and metrics
      • Develop an understanding of Lean principles
    2. Define Phase:

      • Project selection and planning
      • Voice of the customer and stakeholder analysis
      • Communication and project kickoff
    3. Measure Phase:

      • Data collection planning and graphical statistics
      • Understanding variation: Common and Special Cause
      • Process capability and cost of poor quality
    4. Analyze Phase:

      • Process and cause-and-effect analysis
      • Advanced statistical tools and hypothesis testing
    5. Improve Phase:

      • Solution generation and selection
      • Design of experiments (DOE) and error-proofing
      • Project management fundamentals
    6. Control Phase:

      • Statistical process control and control planning
      • Project transition and closure

    Eligibility / Requirements

    -IIL course attendance-IIL Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam (online)-50 questions after session 1 and upon completion of the course (2 exams/100 questions total) – 70% passing score for each exam-Lead and complete one project within 1 year of course completion-IIL’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program also prepares you to pass the IASSC Certified Green Belt Exam (optional).
