      • Course structure and objectives
      • Discussion on current project effectiveness, issues, and challenges
    2. Foundation Concepts:

      • Fundamental Project Management concepts
      • Understanding Process Groups and Project Life Cycles
      • Exploration of Knowledge Areas and competing demands
      • Introduction to Project Planning
      • Mix & Match Exercise: Identify your project lifecycle and key deliverables.
    3. Scope Management:

      • Defining and prioritizing project requirements
      • Small Group Exercise: Create a scope document linking requirements.
      • Establishing change control and escalation processes
      • Managing stakeholder expectations and value realization
      • Anticipating needs and responding to scope change requests
      • Small Group Exercise: Stakeholder assessment and prioritization.
    4. Deliverables Definition, Scheduling, and Tracking:

      • Best practices in defining deliverables using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
      • Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM)
      • Exercise: Build an Engagement WBS and map deliverables to roles and responsibilities.
      • Scheduling and monitoring

      • Discussion on project effectiveness, best practices, and improvement opportunities.

    1. Effective Leaders:

      • Exercise: Tallest Tower
      • Team roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies
      • Exercise: Characteristics of effective leaders and their impact.
    2. Effective Teams:

      • Compare dysfunctional versus high-performing team characteristics.
      • Discussion on creating a positive team culture.
      • Understanding teamwork, trust, and the power of diversity.
    3. Core Communication Skills:

      • Exercise: Communication preferences
      • Exploring the sender/receiver communication model.
      • Essential communication skills and handling difficult conversations.
      • Exercise: Practicing effective communication techniques.
    4. Influencing Others:

      • Exercise: Techniques for building rapport.
      • Understanding sensitivity to others and networking strategies.
      • Exercise: The power of recognition.
    5. Effectively Delegating and Escalating:

      • Different approaches to delegation and the Expectancy Theory.
      • Techniques for escalating issues effectively.
      • Exercise: Role-playing delegation and escalation scenarios.
    6. Recap & Closing:

      • Exercise: Workshop Force Field Analysis
      • Reflection: Personal Force Field Analysis for continued growth.
