The objective of this QQI Leadership course is to provide the learner with an understanding of the role of supervisory management and leadership, provide the skills, knowledge and competence to lead, supervise, manage and communicate effectively to meet personal and organisational goals and objectives.
The objective is also to evaluate personal leadership styles, design leadership plans and manage tasks effectively.
