    • "The Attractor"…where the leader creates relative "equality" among the team…and facilitates the answers though the right questions.
      • The key role here is one of "facilitation and direction"… where the questions direct the conversation…the facilitation supports the team. This is the "heart" model.
    • "Allegiance to the Vision"… where the leader defines and shares the vision for the company is such a precise and passionate manner as to create belief, commitment & allegiance.
