This course is for beginners in leadership. If you are new in a job and you are looking for a way to navigate the new members of your group, career or organization, this course is for you.

Do you feel like you are not a born or potential leader? I was once in your shoes. This course is for you. In this course, I will help to bring the best out of your leadership skills. You will get to know the real you and use your strength as a powerful tool to lead others. Whether you are just assigned a position that involves leading a small group of people or just want to know what leadership entails, this course is for YOU.

Leadership is relationship. I will teach you how to identify the unique you and use your uniqueness to lead others, how you can discover your purpose and bridge the gap between your organizational missions and your personal purpose. 

This course includes a video and PowerPoint. 

By the end of each module, you will have a simple quiz to text your knowledge about the completed module. You can download the PowerPoint material as a guide and use it to finish-up the 3 questions quiz.

By the end of the course, you will learn how to use the examples provided in the course to formulate your personal purpose, you will learn the basic leadership succession principles and use it to transfer the baton of the leadership to others.

My qualification.

I have served at various capacity in leading others to action in past years. I am a certified strategic operation leadership coach. I have led various organizations and small groups both in the United States and abroad.
