Course details

To be a true leader, as opposed to a manager, one must inspire people and lead by example while instilling collaboration and communication. Only then can the leader direct the team members and expect commitment and cooperation on their part. In this higher level course all steps for success are explored from understanding true leadership behavior to making effective decisions based on insight and perception while at the same time inspiring those you lead or mentor.
