Life, as we know it, is harsh. Every day we face tough situations that desperately de-motivate us. We look around us and think that there is no ‎point beyond what we are doing with our lives. We give up, we fail, and we deeply fall. Then, from the middle of nowhere, we find a person ‎who pushes us to rise again. The person who directs us, supports us, and convinces us that we can do it is a person who knows ‎how to let us discover our capabilities and make the best use out of them, and makes us find our right paths. Can you be that person to ‎others?! This is what being a leader is. 

Leadership is not only about theories that you read, or competencies that you hear about, but also about ‎turning all these things into practice to positively affect people's lives while preserving the business needs.  Leadership is best understood as a ‎practice rather than written words. This workshop focuses on how the practice of leadership is understood, learned, and developed. It gets the ‎science of leadership out of the books to the real life. A leadership-as practice perspective allows for an understanding of the environment in ‎which leadership ‎happens and acknowledges that leaders are not acting within a definable and controllable set of conditions.
