The Sultanate of Oman has a diverse and evolving economy, with an increasing emphasis on creating employment opportunities and job retention for its national population. In turn, this has created a number of legal and regulatory obligations on private sector employers which they need to be aware of whilst still having to navigate other day to day employment issues, including union interactions.
This course will give attendees a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to employment matters in the Sultanate of Oman, which is a prerequisite for all business owners, managers, legal counsel and HR professionals handling or intending to handle employment matters and/or HR issues in Oman.
Attendees will benefit from the extensive first-hand experience of our course trainers, who will provide attendees with practical solutions to common day-to-day employment issues arising in Oman.
