The A+ work program prepares faculty to successfully complete the A+ certification exam for skills required for an entry-level computer technician. Workshop participants receive instruction and hands-on practice working with computer hardware and software by popular vendors. The A+ program emphasizes the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems.
