Course details

The Certified Manager (CM) is a general management certification. It is appropriate for supervisors, managers and leaders at all levels, in any industry, and benefits certificate recipients and their organizations. The Certified Manager BOK is organized into 3 modules. The knowledge domains of each module are assessed by a corresponding CM certification exam (three exams in total). Each module consists of a Certified Manager study manual and online learning resources. Eligibility requirements must be met and three CM certification exams passed to earn the CM Certification.

Exam Content & Format:

• Testing Window: All Year.
• Each of ICPM's three Certified Manager exams covers the content of the study manual of the same name. The exams assess analytical skills, knowledge and decision - making skills, which gives them real - world applicability and value. Exams are taken on the ICPM Online Learning Center using any computer with Internet access. They are password - protected for security. Exams are timed and are administered online. All Certified Manager exam questions are multiple-choice. Exams are to be taken inpidually, without assistance from others, with closed books and without notes. Calculators are allowed.
