Course details
The Karate Fundamentals - Level 1 program contains a blend of Kihon (traditional technique), Budo (self defense), Kata (style figure) and Conditioning. Each technique is divided into several exercises and illustrated in various ways (camera angle, on screen display, voice over and speed variations).
The 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 day training schedules assist practitioners to determine and plan their own learning pace. Each training schedule consists out of one or more (depending on the selected training schedule) workouts with a maximum duration of 20 minutes.
