    This course aims to enhance students' knowledge and understanding of Project Management. It is accomplished through the appropriate application and integration of the following process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and controlling and Closing.

    This course will satisfy the PMP Exam requirement of Project Management Education hours as well as what the real world project management needs. It will cover all knowledge areas of PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

    Entry Requirements

    • Students with Diploma level of qualification must have a minimum of 5 years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience, during which at least 7,500 hours are spent leading and directing the project
    • Students with Bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 3 years/36 months of professional project management experience, during which at least 4,500 hours are spent leading and directing the project
    • Students must be Singaporean / SPR to avail WDA funding

    Certificates Issued

    Upon successful completion of this module students will be issued with following SOAs:

    • IT-PM-403S-1 - Manage project scope
    • IT-PM-406S-1 - Manage project risk

    Graduation Requirements

    Students must successfully pass or deemed Competent (C) in assessments. Student upon failing will need to take the module again. An additional charge applies in such cases.
