    This programme will provide learners with a wide range of office, administrative and IT skills required to work in a modern office environment. The maximum duration of this programme is devoted to working towards achieving a FETAC level 5 major award in Information Processing. Year 2 consists of work experience to support the acquisition of job seeking and workplace skills. Training will be delivered using a mix of structured directed training and self-direction using e-learning. Learners, typically, will progress to employment in office administration and IT-related areas or pursue higher level education in UCC or CIT.
