This course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge of ISO 9001 and the ability to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) in their organisations. Participants will be able to acquire skills and knowledge on the various techniques needed to conduct an internal audit.

This course is highly recommended for those who are responsible for planning and supervising an audit programme or are required to conduct periodic internal audit review.
