ISO 9001:2015 CQI&IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (Egypt)

Eligibility / Requirements

Those attending this course are expected to have knowledge of the following:

• Process approach based Quality Management Systems.
   
• The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle.
   
• The core elements of a management system and the interrelationship between top management responsibility, policy, objectives, planning, implementation, measurement, review and continuous improvement.
   
• The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.
   
• The fundamental concepts of a quality management system and the seven quality management principles (see ISO 9000).
   
• The structure, content and requirements of ISO 9001 and its commonly used quality management terms and definitions.

This knowledge can be gained through:
 

• Attending a CQI and IRCA certified training ISO 9001 Foundation course or recognised equivalent.
   
• Previous experience and existing knowledge.
   
• Self-education
   
• As well as a good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and the key principles of a QMS, it would help (but is not essential) if you have attended an internal or lead auditor course or have experience conducting internal or supplier audits.
