ISO 22000:2005 is an internationally distinguished standard that determines the procedure for an efficient food safety management system based on HACCP. This course will facilitate in-depth understanding of the particular demands of the ISO 22000:2005 standard. In this course delegates will learn the detailed auditing procedures for a Food Safety Management System of an organisation. Considerably a large number of organisations in the food industry expect auditors to be trained and skilled in the processes necessary for the implementation of the ISO 22000:2005.
