Earlier, the Internal FSMS auditors' role was limited only to ensure legislative compliance and procedural conformance by their organisation. But now the role of internal FSMS auditors has widened and they are expected to have extensive knowledge on the techniques and principles of food safety management systems. They play a key role in the development and continuous improvement of the working practices across the organisation. The course introduces delegates to the ISO 22000:2005 and its related standards and is designed to instruct delegates extensively on planning, implementing and reporting the results of internal FSMS audits.
