Pramit Ghose is one of Ireland’s most experienced and best known fund managers. An actuary by training, he commenced his investment career in 1986, and has led a number of successful investment teams and delivered strong performance throughout his 28 years in fund management. Pramit is responsible for running/co-managing a number of investment funds, including global equities, hedge funds and multi-asset funds, and formulating and advising large institutional funds on investment strategy.

Ted McGrath is a Tax Partner and Head of Financial Services tax at William Fry Tax/Taxand Ireland, the exclusive Irish member of Taxand; a global tax advisory organisation. He has over 18 years’ experience advising on Irish and international investment fund structures from plain vanilla mutual funds through to more complex international alternative investment structures. Ted helps clients understand how international taxation impacts on their investments, their financing and fund structures, their investors and their own businesses. Ted is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and was a member of the Irish Funds Industry Association’s tax committee for 12 years.

Clive Reynolds is Managing Director of Opportune Trust. Clive has over 15 years’ experience in the private client area with extensive focus on providing advice on pensions, investment policy and estate and financial planning solutions to Individuals and companies. Prior to joining Opportune Trust, he held senior positions in a number of financial services related companies. Clive holds a MSc in Financial Services from UCD. Clive is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), a Fellow of the Life Assurance Association (LIA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Clive is co-author of the Irish Tax Institute’s publication Pensions: Revenue Law and Practice.

Ann Williams is a Taxation Consultant and is in private practice. She was formerly a director of KPMG’s Private Client Services practice. She has many years’ experience in estate tax planning, as well as in advising family companies and Individuals on the tax issues surrounding the management and preservation of assets. Ann is co-author of the Irish Tax Institute’s publications Trust and Succession Law and The Taxation of Gifts and Inheritances.
