Inventory management efficiency can determine the success or failure of a company. With the increase in prices of warehousing, the constant fluctuations in the demand of a product, and variability in availability and cost of raw materials; it is becoming a challenging task to forecast and plan orders ahead, cut costs and respond to demand and retain customer satisfaction.
