Course details

This programme provides young adults with personal, social and work related skills that will enable them to progress to greater levels of employment readiness, having completed school in the recent past. Learners will learn to identify their strengths and goals for the future as well as exploring employment or further training opportunities through regular sampling of workplace settings. Practical skills training will be delivered using a mix of structured directed training, self-direction and one to one coaching. Training will be tailored to meet individualised training and development needs through individual action planning. Certification at FETAC level 3 is available for all learners in-centre and via e-learning. Maximum duration of the programme

Preparation for Work, Career Information, Personal & Interpersonal Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Computer Skills, Use of Culture & Leisure Activities.
