Course details
This programme provides learners with personal, social and work related skills that will enable them to progress to greater levels of employment readiness. Learners will be trained to identify their strengths and goals for the future as well as exploring employment or further training opportunities through regular sampling of workplace settings. Practical skills training will be delivered using a mix of structured directed training, self-direction and one to one coaching. Training will be tailored to meet individualised training and development needs through individual action planning. Certification at FETAC level 3 is available for all learners. As Ireland's largest non-governmental training and education organisation, they offer over 70 different training ctheirses from art and cookery to computer and business skills.
Over 90 per cent of those who completed their programmes last year moved on to employment or to further education and training.
National Learning Network is the training and employment division of the Rehab Group. they have over 50 years experience in the area of training for employment or further education and benefit from a hugely experienced multi-disciplinary team of nearly 600 teachers, trainers, programme development officers, psychologists, counsellors and employment support staff.
