Course details
This programme provides an introduction for loan syndication including sourcing, structuring, syndicating, securitising and servicing syndicated loans. The course also gives a broad overview of a syndicated loan documentation structure.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of a syndicated loan both from the bank’s and the borrower’s perspectives
- Analyse standard loan documentation
- Appraise appropriate loan documentation in syndication
- Interpret the unique structure of loan syndication
- Examine the various clauses and covenants in the loan agreement
