The aim of the Silenos programme is to provide participants who have mental health difficulties with the opportunity to develop the confidence and personal and social skills to improve the quality of their lives and make independent and informed choices. The programme explores recreational and social activities while promoting wellness and working towards recovery. Age Profile: 18 –65 yrs (must be registered with the HSE).
