This course provides participants with an understanding of the fundamental financial management principles, tools and applications. Participants will gain a clear knowledge and understanding of the value of a firm/project's returns and performance and learn how to interpret and analyse the financial statements and some essential financial ratios.

Target Audience

This course is highly recommended for project engineers, executives, managers and professionals who are involved in financial management or decision making but do not possess a strong background in accounting.
