Distributed control systems (DCS) are used in various industries to monitor and control distributed equipments. The aim of this course is to familiarize operators and engineers with the application and operation of distributed control systems.
The objectives of this course it to introduce DCS concepts, and these concepts are demonstrated on KISR existing DCS facilities controlling the petroleum pilot plants. The course covers the following topics:
