Course details

Our Introduction to Cookery course is a practical (hands on) class and is perfect if you have a little cookery knowledge or none at all. The course covers traditional and contemporary cooking with a curriculum containing everything from soups & sauces to meat, poultry & fish, Bread & Desserts. Special emphasis is placed throughout the course on cooking methods and techniques with other useful tips on subjects such as knife skills. At each session you will prepare and cook your own dishes and take your creations home to impress your family. Learn the fundamentals and become a confident cook. a life skill you will have with you always.
