Ayurveda is the original science of life, written down in our oldest language Sanskrit. This holistic healing system originates in India, where is it still practiced today; indeed many of today’s “modern” techniques have their roots in Ayurveda. This module gives the student a valuable introduction to how this system works and an overview of the many aspects of it.
