Environmental issues are currently affecting organisations in all business sectors. With more legislation being introduced, no company can afford to ignore its responsibility to identify, control and improve on any environmental risks and impacts it may have.

Many companies have decided to address the issues by implementing an Environmental Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 14001. Indeed, many major companies are now requesting that all suppliers evidence third party registration to ISO 14001.

Auditing the system and identifying non-conformances and improvement opportunities is essential in ensuring effectiveness.

Course is designed for personnel who wish to gain an understanding of Environmental Management Systems and to develop the skills necessary to become an Internal Environmental Auditor. This course addresses the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
