Course details

This course teaches two significant processes of the PMBOK ®: the Direct and Manage Project Execution and the Monitor and Control Project work processes. Activities related to these processes represent the bulk of a project manager's duties during a project. You'll concentrate on how to carry out a project management plan, keep stakeholders up to date, ensure necessary changes are made and documented, and keep tabs on the project throughout its life cycle. All in all, this training will teach you the intricacies of leading a project team through project activity execution, monitoring and control.
